Short description

There are 58 passathon lighthouses with just over 200,000 m² of usable space to discover on the passathon city circuit in Innsbruck. Large-volume residential buildings in new construction and renovation by the NEUE HEIMAT TIROL and the IIG dominate here, both of which have long been building all of their buildings to passive house standards and thus impressively demonstrate how socially affordable housing in the best energy standard can be implemented on a large scale for the benefit of the residents becomes. In addition to entire city districts, such as the Loden area, the O3 village or the Campagne area, which is currently under construction, there are also some private buildings and loft conversions to cycle through on this city circuit. Public buildings such as kindergartens, elementary schools, retirement homes and the building faculty of the UNI Innsbruck also meet these highest requirements for climate protection. The Haus der Musik Innsbruck as the center of the cultural quarter with a modern and lively home for institutions in the fields of music and theater as well as the Sillside climbing hall, where the world's best climbers in bouldering, rope and speed climbing, prove that energy-efficient construction knows no limits measure. On this route you have the shortest distances to cover between the lighthouse objects by bike, with an average of 603 meters.

This expert-led tour with your own bike takes you to exemplary climate-friendly passathon lighthouses. Around 5 minutes of stops are planned for each property for a short tour, photos and short discussions with client representatives.
